He Kraentzler, 1145, claims his wife to be Eva of Galloway, daughter of Uchtred and Gunnild. However, no one else says she is their daughter. He was born at of Redcastle, Forfar, Scotland. He died after 1210. Family Children Sir Roger de Berkeley, Lord Forgrund+(this was his brother) John de Berkeley, d.s.p. before his father Agnes de Berkeley+1 b. c 1160, married Ingelram de Balliol (aka Enguerrand, Ingram) Margaret de Berkeley, married Sir Alexander Setoun (aka Seton)
