Long before his death he held the manor of Leamington Hastings and enfeoffed Thomas Carrew, knight , Edmund Elyot, clerk , William Newton and Roger Tremayle , and their heirs and assigns. They all survive and hold of the right heirs of Robert Musard by knight service as 1 fee, annual value £30.

He died on 20 Feb. last. John Stafford is his son and heir, aged 20 years and more.
