He was seised in his demesne as of fee of the manor of Upton Warren, held of Richard de Bello Campo, earl of Warwick , by knight service, annual value 10 marks. There are in the manor a site with a dovecot and curtilage adjoining, annual value 4d.; 60 a. arable and 6 a. meadow, annual value 27s., i.e. each arable acre 3d. and each acre of meadow 2s.; a water-mill, annual value 6s.; and 100s. rent at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions.

He died on 9 March last. Humphrey Stafford son of Humphrey Stafford, knight , father of John Stafford , is his brother and next heir, aged 22 years and more.

He held the manor of Ditchampton in his demesne as of fee of the king in chief in socage for a pair of gloves price 2d. rendered at the king's castle of Old Sarum at Michaelmas by the sheriff. Annual value of the manor 10 marks, comprising £6 assize rentsand 13s. 4d. farm of a water-mill.

He died on 16 March last. Humphrey Stafford , son of Humphrey Stafford , is his brother and next heir, age as in 911.
