-my bodye to be buryed within the church yearde of … Seynt Marye in Feltwell
-To Katteryne my wife fowre mylche kyne of the Best yt she will chose amonge the residue x Ewes x lambes to take them as they doe rowne my blacke amblynge gelding one sowe & two pigges of halfe a yeare of age two flyckes of Bacon v combes Rye & as muche Barlye as shall sowe hir lands witheall at Goodeson if it be so that she have not a noughe of her owne to sowe it withal & I will she shall have all her movables that she brought to me excepte thos thinges that Be wasted.
-Rychard Stalon my sonne owe to me for the house yt he dwellin sixteen powndes if it be so that he doe enjoye the sayd house or else not he owe to me no payment for iff the sayed Rycharde doe Injoye the aforesayed house then I geve the sayed xli to Katteryne my wife if she lyve so longe to receive the payes at heare after folowithe to receive at the feast of Seynt John Baptiste next Insuringe after the daye of my deathe xiii iiii that is anno dom 1559 & at the feaste of Seynt John Baptiste the yeare of owre lorde god 1560 the sayed Katteryne to Receyve xxvi viii & so yearelye at the feaste of Seynt John Baptist next ensuing the seyed Katteryne to Receyve xxvi viii at thandes alweyes of Rycharde Stalon his heyres executors or assignes till the hole sum of xvi li be payed more if she lyve solonge & iffe it be so yt ye sayed Rycharde doe not enjoye as is before specyfyed I will then that Katteryne my wife shall Receyve no paye nor payment of the xvi li as the will doe specyfie & declare & no longer no life no longer no payente.
-To Thomas my sonne a cotonfer a benche borde with all the cusshons of the benche two forms thre little tables a hutche standing in the chamber wher I lye & a gowne.
-To Katteryne Newall & Margarett Ferden a side gowne but I will that Thomas & Rycharde shall have the furre of the sayed gowne.
-To the sayed Margarett Ferden a koffer & a blacke calf of two yeares of age.
-To Rychard my sonne a cabberde or borded chaire a hutche that standethe of the soller an olde fetherbedd & a Gowne.
-To John my sonne a cote.
-To Thomas Rychard & John my sonnes Katteryne and Margarett my daughters all my movables that as within the hall chamberes solleres and kittchyne as brasse pewter lynnen & wollen & other smalle stoffe to be equallye devided of v pertes by thandes of thos mene that shall vewe & prise the sayed stuffe at the makynge of the Invitorye & Margarett Ferden to chose firste, Rycharde Stallon to chose the second, Thomas the thirde, John the for the & Katteryne the last & if it be so that anye of thes persons eyther man or woman doe Refuse there perte then the pertye so doinge to have the pryse of the sayed perte according as it is prised at thands of myne executors.
-The Residue of all my goodes unbequethed I doe putto the disposition of myne executors whome I doe ordeyne & make Thomas Stalon Rycharde Stalon my sonnes Geven them full strenghe & power to fulfill & administer this my laste will & testament so that it maye be to the pleasure of god & comforte of my sowle.
