Matthias House was a witness. 150. Property conveyed to grantor, 16 Aug 1756, by executors of Benj. Borden, Jr., part of 800 acres patented to Benj. 1747. Delivered to Jno. Dunbarr, Nov 1769.
The indenture of 7 July 1767 has Conrad Lamb and wife Catherine as grantor and John Thomas as grantee, regarding 212 acres that Lamb acquired from the executors of Benjamin Borden. Proved by oaths of Mathias House and Michael and George Gender, witnesses. |
