Robert I, Rupert,[1] (697 \\endash 748), Count of Hesbaye and Duke of Neustria[citation needed], son of Lambert.He was Count palatine under Childeric III.Robert married Williswinda, daughter of Adalhelm, Grundherr im Wormsgau.
